Rachel Allan Evening Gown/ Prom Dress

Royal Blue evening gown with embellishments on shoulders chest and back. This was my very first evening gown for my first pageant and I am in love with this dress. It has been worn 2 times and is in perfect condition. This dress looks GORGEOUS on stage and is the perfect blue. Dress is a size 0 and was hemmed (I’m 5’2” and wore this dress with 5.5 inch heels).
