Rachel Allan Flared Leopard Heart Skirt

Coquette whimsical flared leopard heart skirt by Rachel Allan. It's the skirt part of a two-piece homecoming dress called "Homecoming Halter Cocktail Dress". This is the SKIRT ONLY. As a set it was almost $400. This skirt has a black satin lining, and a flowy flared overskirt in beige and tan leopard print, with pink heart designs over the top. It has a zipper back, and a hook at the top of the zipper to secure it. The waist is embellished with pink rhinestones, opaque pink faceted gems, and pink beads with a pearlescent finish. This skirt is SO GLAMOROUS! It's sure to turn heads! Size 2. 12 inch waist when laid flat. 18 1/2 inches long. 100% polyester.
