Are there any flaws with this and does it come from a smoke free home? Also, has it been altered or is it a true Rachel Allen size 6?

@brandylewis1978, yes in a smoke free home and no alterations to the dress that would alter its sizing. Though as mentioned in the post, my daughter complained of the arm holes rubbing her armpits so I did open up the armpits more and tacked it myself. You do not notice it unless you look inside the dress.
