Rachel Allen formal dress size 4

Gorgeous Rachel Allen short formal dress size 4 in excellent condition. Color is navy blue with bright flowers. Zipper works perfect. Features hook and eye just above zipper and halter neck. Also has beads on the rib cage area. Only worn once for homecoming a few years ago. The last photo shows what might be a snag on the front but not really noticeable. We pinned the straps over the chest but is can be removed. Open to reasonable offers. Smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
