Sleeveless black Rachel Comey Dress. Correction: handkerchief hemline and deep arm “holes”. Nice heavy weight. No flaws. I’m wearing an Emerson Fry bra here. I’ve also worn it with a plain white crew neck T-shirt. It’s has a dropped waist and handkerchief hemline. There’s lining for the top. I found the size tag in the skirt. I’m a size 0-2 and 5’2. It’s too long for me.
