Rachel Comey black eyelash crepe Roves skirt! Size 6

Black beautiful fringe fabric with lots of movement and wonderful silky feel! This was a best seller at Rachel Comey and is in excellent condition. The eyelash crepe fabric has lovely movement. I wear a 27 and it felt great and not tight at all. I would say 26-28 this would fit just fine High-waisted A-line skirt in our fun and feathery Eyelash Crepe jacquard.
