@spectraflair hi! Thanks for your inquiry. I added a video that will hopefully answer your question about the top and how it’s designed. It’s really very adjustable. The back part has an elastic so it can accommodate a range of sizes. And you can adjust how tight you make the peplum part with the ties. I will add some pics of the measurements too. I would say it would comfortably fit a small/medium
