Rachel Comey velvet blazer

This is a gorgeous, one of a kind sample. No size or material listed on the tag, but it fits like a 4/6 and feels like velvet. Unfortunately it’s a little too big for me. I only wore it once. Hoping to find someone else who will love it! All offers welcome!
