Rachel Cox is a Korean handmade shoe brand (purchased from W Concept) White ballet flat with ribbon detail Good bottom cushioning KR size 230 Runs narrow* Worn a few times around the house but too small for me. *KR size 230 is usually US 6, but these run narrow.
