What are chest and waist fully stretched and inseam measurement from crotch to hem please ty

@storm2323 crotch to hem is about 3.5", chest is about 44" and waist 43". It will fit nicely for someone size 14/16 and may be a bit snug on 18/20

@storm2323 RachelRoy XL usually fits a 14/16, and on occassion an 18/20 depending on fabric. If you are a 14/16 then it should fit.You asked "fully stretched", but the elastic is pretty good so it snaps back to original shape.
