Rachel Roy Floral Button Front MIDI Tie back dress

Size small Rachel Roy dress. Fits 0-4! I’m a side 4-6, 2 on a good day and it fits me. It’s fully lined, has the tie back. I dont see any flaws other than the label tag being a little faded. I’m 5’3 and it’s more of a midi to maxi for me than midi. Very cute and flowy!
