Adorable Rachel Roy Ikat dress, size 4. EUC, no rips, stains, damage, or fallen hems. Side zip closure, DEEP pockets (your phone will fit easily!). Waist is 13.5" across. length is 25.5" from top of chest to hem. Bust is darted and 16.5" at widest point. Straps cross in back but do not adjust. Dress has not been altered. Happy to take any additional measurements needed. Have reached the conclusion that this beloved spring dress will never fit me again, hope someone else can enjoy! Smoke free home, pets not permitted in posh closet room.
