Rachel Roy Party Dress

Fabulous Rachel Rachel Roy aqua/teal party dress. Dress is a tube top sheath with a one-shoulder wrap over the left shoulder that gathers on the right. Basically a flattering, upscale toga dress. Measurements show it is small, but material is very stretchy. Tubetop has elastic inside and there is one strap under the shoulder detail which keeps it up. Wore the dress a few times, but no damage. Wear to homecoming!
