Rachel Roy Red Ruffle Dress with Pockets

A dress with pockets, ruffles, an open back and an elastic waist - this flattering dress hits the mark! Like-new, pristine condition, worn twice. Pockets are hideaway - see pictures 3 & 4. The back criss-crosses and has an elastic waist. Runs large, a size 2 would comfortably fit in this, and probably even a size 4. Because of the elastic waist, its super forgiving on the bottom half and sizing is probably more a matter of if you're more gifted on the top half.
