Rachel Roy Strapless Black Maxi Dress Small

This maxi dress by Rachel Roy is orange, white and black. There are orange, white and black stripes at the top with a black skirt. The top is made of an elastic material so it stretches. This dress is super comfortable. There is some blue marks on the top of the dress from washing it once. I haven’t tried getting them out, but honestly you can’t really tell when you’re wearing it and it kinda looks tie dyed a bit. The skirt is slit at the bottom. Made of viscose, nylon and elastic. 41” length.
