Rachel Roy black drape wrap pleated bow skirt w/gold zipper 10. Absolutely gorgeous and flattering. Pencil style with asymmetrical front. Wrap style with gathered bow. Laying flat waist is approx 15 1/4” w. Hips are approx 19” w length in back is 22 3/4” , front is slightly longer with front flap. Maybe worn once. No signs of wear. Amazing drape and shape, tailoring is exquisite.
