Rachel Roy blue v-neck high low flowy top

Only worn twice, like new. Fun, flowy v-neck top with high low hem. Lightweight with cap sleeves. Fitted across chest and shoulders and then drapes really nicely; stock photo shows where it hits in back. Looks darker blue than it is. It's a pretty, bright shade; the close-up photos are more true to color. I removed the brand/size tag because it stuck out from the collar, but I'm pretty sure it's a size Medium (what I usually wear). measurements when flat: armpit to armpit 19" shoulder to front hem 23" shoulder to longest point of hem 30.5"
