ayanna22 @josiejosie888 i believe it's intended as a jacket but being a former stylist...you can wear it as a dress too...it's just how you choose to rock it...hope that helps. And if you rock it as a dress you can wear a cute belt to cinch the waist! As a jacket you can wear it over a cute dress or dressy outfit or even dress up some jeans.
