Rachel Zoe 12 black dress pants

Elastic waist pull on flat front cuffed black dress pants or suit pants by Rachelle so. Business casual - business dressy. Needs a stitch at one of the bottom hems as pictured it’s coming loose. Is there a nice weight and feel luxurious. Wrinkle free material. Size large L 12 I’ve worn and washed these once. I think since I got them at TJ Maxx, maybe the hem was already coming loose and I didn’t notice. I’m moving and do not have time to repair these. I have two other black pairs of dress pants and two other pairs of jeans in the same size if you’d like to bundle. Great work pants
