NWT very fun Rachel Zoe 2 (two) piece tank top and skirt set. The material feels silky (it's poly), deep black with really fun fringe on bottom of tank top and side and bottom of skirt. This can be worn together (roaring 20's, flapper, Halloween, Chicago musical) or worn separately. The top is not crop, it has a drape neck line and a hidden side zipper.
