BNWT Rachel Zoe Palm Leaf Duster. Can be used as a swim cover up or as a casual duster. V-neck w/ white tasseled tie at bust. 3/4 sleeves. 100% Polyester. Approx measurements: 36” around bust, 37” around waist, 41” around hips, 48” length. One size fits most...of note: I'm a size 14, and it was a little small for me in terms of where the tie laid (above my bust) and how much it remained open once closed, so be advised.
