Rachel Zoe Sundress with handkerchief hem & crisscross straps

Magnolia print, 100% cotton, fully lined handkerchief hem and double straps that crisscross in back. Would make an adorable Easter dress that could be worn all summer! One strap sticks out a tad and just needs to be tacked down (see pics).
