Rachel Zoe tie knot dress

Red Rachel Zoe dress ties around the hips , beautiful dress. Great Dress for the upcoming Holidays. Is made of a polyester material and has some stretch to it . Size 8 Measurements Chest 17" Waist 14" Hips 19" Length 36.5" I bough this dress form another Posher and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I never got to wear it. The dress is in perfect condition and is waiting to go to the right home. I'm selling it for $20 less than what I paid for it.
