Rad Hayley Matthews Plus Size Off-Shoulder Dress

Wonderful colors and design. Is a tank style dress with the elastic bunched collar peice that is probably meant to be off the shoulders Super stretchy, because it doesn't look at all like a 3x! Couldn't find a fabric tag, but it's light and cool, very comfortable No rips or stains but some threading is sticking out places (can be trimmed)
