Rad Off-Shoulder 80s 2-Piece Tiered Maxi Dress

Super fab 2-pice "dress", great vintage condition. Off-shoulder top has spaghetti straps and elastic neckline. Top has 3 tiers and the skirt is a black mermaid/column shape, elastic waist with a fabric tier on the bottom. Together they look like a single dress; could each be worn separately as well. Marked a size 10 and fits like a US Medium. True vintage and in great shape, the only flaw is a slight fray on the top (last photo). Boho flowy festival ready.
