Rad!! Vintage 70's Dress

Outrageous 1970's dress. Black w purple and teal fading stripes. It has a liner dress underneath because the outer dress is sheer. Havent seen this style dress in a while.. W origional belt and flowy opem arms. Measurements taken on inner liner dress. Laying flat, Bust 20.5" Waist 19" (outer dress has elastic waist) Length (from top of shoulder strap to hem) 45" There is some stretch to the material as well. Great vintage condition.
