This beautiful floral a-line skirt is by Raffella. It is black with pink, white, blue & green flowers. Perfect for spring. It has a side zipper & double button closure. It is fully lined, size 8 The waist straight across 15”. The length is 24”. It is dry clean only and has not been laundered by me.
