This pant is a jogging style with slant pockets, a drawstring waist and a double layered hem. If you are inbetween sizes please size up. The fit is very similar, but the material isn't as slippery as the Candy Pant so it might seem just a bit more snug. The waste band is just a tad more snug as well. But overall it is the same fit.
