Rag Baby Girl’s Frog Skirt

Cute skirt made by Rag Baby. The skirt is navy blue with white leaping frogs on it. It has blue buttons all around the waistband and 2 large side pockets. The pockets have a melon colored strip of fabric across the top. The skirt is a size 4 years. It measures 25” at the waist and is 17” long. It is 100% cotton. A fun skirt that would look cute with a white t-shirt.
