@blushngloss Awe! Very kind of you to say! I needed that today (as I’ve been under the weather and feeling blah and yucky fitness-wise). Isn’t it funny how we see ourselves totally different than how others do?! For working out, I like Pilates. I’ve also been very happy with intermittent fasting. Seemed crazy at first, but it’s been seriously life-changing.
