leslieiporras @amandaleebug hi sorry for my delayed response I was away from home. I wouldn’t say this is loose fitting in fact it’s a “fitted” fit. So can be layered under a jacket. It has 3% spandex so it has a little bit of stretch. It’s 11 inches across the bust. Hope that helps; want to make sure you make an informed purchase 😊
