Rag and Bone Palm Boater desert sun hat

This is just a little too small for my head! It’s a size medium, inside circumference is 21.5 inches. The tie is made of goat suede, the hat is made of Mocora straw. The hat is made in Spain. The hat is clean and in great condition. When I ordered and received it there was a little red dot on it, see photo.
