Rag bag by Lori Straling Boutique Chocolate Brown Seatbelt Bag Purse

Boutique made- Rag bag by Lori Straling Seatbelt bag in chocolate brown color. Purse is in very good condition, but is missing the button that the loop would have gone around to act as the closure for the purse. I used as a loop to hang keys on inside the bag. Bag measures 9" long, 4" wide and 6" tall. Has inside pocket. Straps are 9" from top of bag.
