Rag & bone white denim dress flaws

Rag & Bone white denim dress. There are tiny red lipstick spots on the collar and sides. I’ve tried to get it out and it won’t come out! I was going to tie dye it but it didn’t end up fitting me. It would be sooooo cute tie dyed! I’ve posted all the spots I could find! It’s mostly on the left sleeve and breast area.
