NWOT Raga Small yellow and brown sheer overlay with liner that goes 3/4 down the dress. The straps are adjustable and have a lot of stretch to them. As well as the smocking across the chest. The strap length in picture is 6in but can be adjusted 1 button longer. Ptp starts at 12 but can be stretched up to 22 easily. With that this beautiful dress could fit multiple sizes even a large.
