Raggs II Riches Dress

This dress is perfect for the summer! With a high neckline and no sleeves, it’s great for over a swimsuit. It’s a size small, a medallion/paisley print, with pink, white, and blue in the patterns. It has been worn before, but does not have any signs of stretching/rips/tears.
