I removed the fabric content tag but I’d say polyester/cotton blend. Measurements (taken garment laying flat): Pit to pit: 17.5” Shoulder at the neck to hem: 23” (considering shortest side) Back center neck to center hem: 24.5” Please feel free to ask any questions!
