Hi! Is this actually flannel fabric? Or is it the standard Rails fabric, but with a plaid pattern? (Flannel is warmer, and is for colder months, so important thing to know! : ) ) Also, as you probably know, these shirts cannot be dried in the dryer, or they shrink down to nothing! Has this shirt ever been dried in a dryer? Please confirm it has no odors, and has not been around any smoke. Lastly, may I please get the measurements? Thanks so much!!
