Rails Leena Bellflower 3/4 length sleeve floral blue blouse

Super pretty blue floral blouse! Features a sweet v neck and three quarter length sleeves (with a little ruffle at the end). Love this piece but not reaching for it enough! It is in excellent condition (I’ve only worn it once around the house). Measures roughly 19” pit to pit.
