Rails Leni Tiered Midi Black Dress

This black Leni dress by Rails is made of 55% organic cotton and 45% TENCEL™ lyocell. The spaghetti straps thread through fabric in the back and tie at the middle of the back. The dress features a ruffled, tiered design and square neckline. The top of the back of the first tier (below the open back) has built-in elastic. I wasn't sure how to measure this dress since there isn't a Pit seam and how you tie the spaghetti straps would affect both the Pit - Pit and Total Length measurements. Please review the below measurements I took on the front of the dress and let me know if you need other dimensions.
