terryadams272 @katya_chiu it’s an elastic waist 14” across one side of the skirt, no zipper. The hip measurement is 16”, same thing, one side of skirt. I took the measurements with the skirt laying flat on the floor. I’m a size 4 or 27” waist if that helps:
