Rails “august” tie front dress size small

Super cute Rails dress. It’s a size small and I am only selling because it’s too small in the bust now. Not made for anyone larger than 34 C :) I wore it all last summer and it was my fave. Still has many years left in it, would rate a 7/10 because it was well loved.
