Rails striped dress - Size Medium - Never worn

Another purchase that’s been sitting in my closet, never worn because I bought it in the wrong climate, and now that I live in the right climate I just am not fitting this dress right. I feel that my waist is too wide and my chest a little too big for this dress and it just is not flattering on my body type, so I just need to pass it on. in excellent condition no flaws no issues just waiting to be worn.
