Rails wrap style, deep pink, silk polka dot dress, size small, EUC

This dress from Rails is a very pretty almost soft red or deep dusty rose. The dress itself is silk with a polyester lining which helps with static. The dress says it is a size small BUT I think it runs a little bit small, so an XS could wear it. Since it is a true wrap style I think it kind of covers a bunch of sizes, sort of size 0 and 2 for sure, maybe a 4 if you’re super small in the hips. The dress is a true wrap style with no other closures. It is in EUC. Smoke free and pet free home.
