Railway Regulator 17 Jewel Brass Orb Spherical Glass Desk Clock

Featuring a used Railway Regulator 17 Jewel Brass Orb Spherical Glass Desk Clock The clock features a brass case with larger glass orb/spherical crystal and case back.  Manually wound movement that is stamped Henri Sandoz Fils.  The watch runs sporadically and will need to be serviced.  The crystal does have visible scratches, see photos, the stem/winding mechanism is a little loose, and the clock base appears to be missing.
