Rain Jacket/Windbreaker Coat by Qing Yuan Shui

It’s a light “Korean/Hawaiian windbreaker/rain coat” (as described on website) in great shape with black lining and body with floral print on hood/shoulders/arms. Drawstring hoodie. Light wear. Small hole in upper inner corner of pocket on left hand side. Hole is invisible from outside. Says 3XL 185/100A. Willing to negotiate on asking price. Also, I put men because they had a windbreaker option, though I think it would look fine on a woman as well.
