Is it lined? Does it keep you worm at all? Where does it come to when on?

It is not lined with fleece for winter months I typically where it in the spring and I am fine. Although the collar has a fleece lining. On me it covers my bottom and is about 1/4 of the way down my leg (I am 5'5")
