Rain resistant Black Trench Coat

Short black trench coat made of neoprene type fabric. Good for rainy/wet weather. Fully lined. Covers to around mid-thigh on me. I’m 4’11” fits like a juniors small, or women’s XS Lost the waist tie at dry cleaners. But otherwise good condition except small defect on the bottom front (in photos)
