This listing is for these here Up-cYcLed Rainbow Side Panels! These are a vintage pair of Gap Cords from the 90's or early 2000's in olive drab that I've added rainbow side panels to. There's also handmade patches, ribbon and hand embroidery. Measurements: Gap Brand Olive Drab Corduroy Waist: 34" laying flat and doubled. The elastic allows for about an inch of stretch. Length: 39" Inseam: 30" Rise: 10" Thigh: 26" laying flat and doubled(see last pic!)

ohsweetnuthun @4thmae Oh so sorry I didn't see this till now! To answer your question they are a 10" rise which is considered a higher waist so according to that standard, yes they are a higher rise. I hope this helps but pLease reach out if you have any more questions!♥
