Throwback to the 80's! Full Rainbow Bright Costume! Velour blue dress with rainbow belt, fluffy white trim around skirt and red sequin trim around arms/neck. Small tears under arms, cannot notice, done to fit upper arms (bought this way, bought last year off poshmark but I never wore it) rainbow arm and leg sleeves. Size XS, can fit small as well. ⬇️REDUCED!
